Sequence · Speed-to-lead engine

Watch a lead get answered in seconds

Submit a lead and watch Sequence fire a call, a text and an email at once — qualify the person with AI, catch the fakes, and book the appointment. Try the spam lead first and watch it get blocked, then the hot lead and watch the appointment book.

Grow · Outreach engine

Get found. Get booked. Grow.

Builds a real audience of buyers on LinkedIn, starts genuine conversations, and books calls straight into the calendar. Walk the four-step tour and open the Command Center to see how an operator runs it day to day.

Client build · The Donut Run

An ordering bot that actually takes the order

Built and shipped for a four-location donut and kolache chain in Utah. Ask it questions, browse the menu, build an order and run the checkout — real menu data, real pricing, real hours. This is what a client gets.

Everything we've built

11 products

Status is honest: live means you can open it now, beta means it runs but isn't public, client means it's serving a paying account.

Sequence

Live

Speed-to-lead engine. Calls, texts and emails a new lead in seconds, qualifies with AI, filters spam and books the appointment before a human could read the form.

Why it wins: the business that answers first books the job.

Open it →

Grow

Live

LinkedIn outreach platform — builds an audience of real buyers, opens genuine conversations, books calls into the calendar. Product tour and Command Center dashboard.

Why it wins: fills the pipeline while the operator is in meetings.

Grow Engine

Live

The backend that actually sends. Cloudflare Workers and D1, iMessage and SMS through Sendblue, LinkedIn hot-reply alerts, door-to-door and website-finder agents, five-minute cron. Currently serving ~23,000 requests.

Why it wins: opt-out and quiet-hours compliance built in from day one.

Perfect Review

In build

Review generation and reputation control. TypeScript, Postgres with PostGIS for location handling, Stripe Connect for payments, queue-driven sending. Deployment runbook complete.

Why it wins: reviews are the single biggest input to whether AI recommends a business.

InstantAuthority

Rehosting

Authority-building engine — turns a business into a citable source that AI assistants quote, through structured content, data studies and press placement.

Why it wins: closes the citation gap the visibility scan exposes.

BeFamous / GetFamous

In build

Generates viral hooks for content creators — ranked opening lines scored against what actually performs, rather than a blank page and a guess.

Why it wins: the hook decides whether anything else gets watched.

AI Visibility Scanner

Live

The free scan on our own front page. Runs live prompts against real AI assistants, scores whether a business gets named, and shows which competitors get named instead.

Why it wins: it's the meeting-opener that closes deals.

Run a scan →

Donut Run Order Bot

Client

Conversational ordering and checkout for a four-location chain. Live since August 2026 and taking real orders.

Why it wins: proof we ship client tools in days, not quarters.

Open it →

Client Command Center

Client

The dashboard a client logs into. Every tile is labelled verified, modeled or pending — nothing shows as a result until it actually is one. Password protected.

Why it wins: the reporting layer every account gets cloned into.

Client Site Rebuilds

Client

Sites rebuilt for how AI assistants actually read a business — 19 pages and four locations for The Donut Run, with 56 validated schema blocks, llms.txt and IndexNow submission.

Why it wins: the machine-readable foundation everything else needs.

Open it →

Executive & Brand Sites

Client

Personal authority sites for founders and executives, built to be the source AI cites when someone asks who they are.

Why it wins: the person is often the entity AI is asked about.

Under the hood

The engines that run them

22 systems · 7 departments

Products are what a client sees. These are the systems that produce the work behind them.

Scanning & diagnostics

3 engines

AI Visibility Gap Report — live prompts against real assistants, scored across four weighted signals, competitors named. Franchise Network Scan — the same across an entire multi-unit system, one report per location plus a franchisor rollup. Future Projection — 1,000 simulated futures over 60 months, P10/P50/P90 bands, every assumption a slider.

Why it matters: this is what opens the meeting.

OMNI content engine

7 stages

Onboard builds the client brain from their own videos and calls. Strategy maps the scroll and the AI answer landscape into 30 days of slots. Create writes ranked hooks, scripts and a six-minute shoot brief. Guard hard-blocks anything that fails HIPAA, bar advertising, SEC/FINRA or FTC rules. Repurpose turns one asset into twelve. Intelligence decides if a win is real or variance. Scoreboard keeps the guarantee honest.

Why it matters: a content operation with no content team.

Outreach & sales

3 engines

Grow Engine runs the sequences and sends the messages. Growth Proposal Builder turns a finished scan into a signable Word proposal. Converting Landing Page builds a 17-section direct-response page with an interactive proof demo and the compliance spine regulated offers need.

Why it matters: nobody writes a proposal from scratch.

Franchise systems

2 engines

AI Cost Model prices the full stack that runs a location's marketing, with a live calculator from dials per day through to cost per booked appointment. FDD Architect produces a complete FTC-Rule-compliant launch kit — the 23-Item disclosure document, franchise agreement, exhibits, state addenda and operations manual outline.

Why it matters: it built our own FDD, and it's resellable.

Reputation & authority

2 engines

Authority PR builds genuinely earned coverage — reporter sourcing, bylines, original data studies — and says honestly when a client isn't notable enough yet. Reputation Defense triages a live threat and produces the assessment, the statements and the repair plan.

Why it matters: high-urgency work sells the day something goes wrong.

Brand, documents & ops

5 engines

Brand System locks colour, type and voice across everything. Signature Decks and Client Documents produce the pitch and the paperwork. Client Account Agent runs a live paying account end to end — email, dashboard, monthly scan deltas, Monday report. Token Tiering routes each step to the cheapest model that can do it honestly.

Why it matters: margin and consistency, which is what makes it a business.

The receipts

Real work, real accounts

04 deliverables

Output from actual engagements, not samples.

Valuation Engine

Client build

A live venture-method backsolve app built for an investment-banking client. Edit exit date, exit value, cash, debt, comps, cap table and SAFE terms; the ownership waterfall, MOIC, IRR and sensitivity ladder recompute instantly. One-click Excel export.

Why it's here: this is a piece of financial software, produced as client work.

Open it →

The $4,000 Spreadsheet

Case study

A $4,000 investment-banking workbook, 33 sheets, reverse-engineered into a Python engine and a web app — matching the banker's model to sixteen significant figures and catching fifteen defects along the way.

Why it's here: we show the mechanism, not the magic.

OMNI Fleet Blueprint

Architecture

The architecture behind the content engine — the daily loop from planner through hooksmith, scriptwriter, director and cutter to the compliance gate and publisher, with the feedback arrow that makes it learn.

Why it's here: the clearest picture of how delivery actually works.

Read it →

Client Indexing Plan

Client deliverable

The four-tier plan behind a site rebuild — what's already built in, and every directory, aggregator and press target still to submit to, each with an owner, a blocker and a priority.

Why it's here: this is what the unglamorous work looks like on paper.
